INTRASTATE. Shipper represents and warrants that the Committed Gas hereunder is deregulated pursuant to the Natural Gas Wellhead Decontrol Act of 1989. Each Party represents and warrants to the other that the Committed Gas delivered hereunder will not have been and will not be sold or resold, transported, commingled, used or consumed in interstate commerce in such a manner that would subject the Committed Gas, this Contract, either Party, their designees, or the facilities of either Party or their designees to the jurisdiction or regulation under the Natural Gas Act of 1938, as amended. If either Party breaches or threatens to breach this representation and warranty, the other Party shall have the right to terminate this Contract immediately in addition to any other rights and remedies it may have under the provisions hereof or at law or in equity.
INTRASTATE. Calls originating and terminating outside your local calling area but still in the same State. These calls typically have a different rate than interstate.

  • Transportation Services Union shall, subject to the terms and conditions herein, transport Shipper’s gas on Union’s system (the “Transportation Services”). Shipper agrees to the following upon nomination to Union for the provision of the Transportation Services:

  • Loop A transmission path that extends from a Main Distribution Frame or functionally comparable piece of equipment in a Customer's serving End Office, to the Rate Demarcation Point (or NID if installed at the Rate Demarcation Point) in or at the Customer's premises. The actual transmission facilities used to provide a Loop may utilize any of several technologies.

  • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.

  • Transportation Transportation to the nearest physician or hospital for employees requiring medical care as a result of an on-the-job accident shall be at the expense of the Employer.

  • Routes All bus stops and bus routes will be mutually agreed upon prior to the start of the school year. Additional stops will be not be added until approved by Sarasota Military and reviewed for safety and approved by the School Board’s Transportation Department. Route changes, if approved, will require 7 calendar days from the date of request to the date of implementation. Special needs transportation requests must be made a minimum of 14 days prior to the requested date of implementation.

  • Ambulance Services Ground Ambulance This plan covers local professional or municipal ground ambulance services when it is medically necessary to use these services, rather than any other form of transportation as required under R.I. General Law § 27-20-55. Examples include but are not limited to the following: • from a hospital to a home, a skilled nursing facility, or a rehabilitation facility after being discharged as an inpatient; • to the closest available hospital emergency room in an emergency situation; or • from a physician’s office to an emergency room. Our allowance for ground ambulance includes the services rendered by an emergency medical technician or paramedic, as well as any drugs, supplies and cardiac monitoring provided. Air and Water Ambulance This plan covers air and water ambulance services when: • the time needed to move a patient by land, or the instability of transportation by land, may threaten a patient’s condition or survival; or • if the proper equipment needed to treat the patient is not available from a ground ambulance. The patient must be transported to the nearest facility where the required services can be performed and the type of physician needed to treat the patient’s condition is available. Our allowance for the air or water ambulance includes the services rendered by an emergency medical technician or paramedic, as well as any drugs, supplies and cardiac monitoring provided.

  • Ambulance The deductible and coinsurance for services not subject to copays applies.

  • Gas If Customer has selected a Gas Fixed Rate, Customer’s Price will be based on the Fixed Rate(s), plus the Administration Charge, set forth in the Application, which includes RITERATE ENERGY’s compressor fuel and transportation charges, administrative and transaction costs and the Gas Balancing Amount and any Regulatory Charges (defined below).

  • Interconnection for the MPB arrangement shall occur at the BA access tandems in the LATA, unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.
