International Corridors. Where you may have international business needs, we will share information relating to your company, products and accounts, including transactional information, with Banco Santander S.A., Santander group companies and other partner banks who may be based in other countries, to better support the international operations of your company and decide whether to offer your company other products and services. For more information on who those other Santander group companies or other partner banks are, you can contact your Relationship Team or call 0000 000 0000. The data shared will include information on your company’s financial position, its auditable accounts, its directors and shareholders and any information held about the company by Santander, such as information about transactions carried out on your accounts with Santander and information regarding any other products and services that you receive from us. We will do this on the basis of our legitimate interests. If you do not want us to share your data in this manner you can speak to us. Unless you have agreed otherwise, if we believe you may have international business needs we will check whether you have accounts held with other Santander group companies. If there are products or services that we or our group of companies or partner banks think may meet your needs we may tell you about these. You can amend your marketing preferences at any time by contacting us. Identity verification and fraud prevention checks The personal data we’ve collected from you at application or at any stage will be shared with fraud prevention agencies who will use it to prevent fraud and money-laundering and to verify your identity. If fraud is detected, you could be refused certain services, finance or employment in future. We may also search and use our internal records for these purposes. Further details on how your personal data will be used by us and these fraud prevention agencies, and your data protection rights, can be found in the ‘Using My Personal Data’ booklet.   • International Cooperation Members agree to cooperate with each other with a view to eliminating international trade in goods infringing intellectual property rights. For this purpose, they shall establish and notify contact points in their administrations and be ready to exchange information on trade in infringing goods. They shall, in particular, promote the exchange of information and cooperation between customs authorities with regard to trade in counterfeit trademark goods and pirated copyright goods.

  • INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT 1. Profits derived by an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation of ships or aircraft in international traffic shall be taxable only in that State.

On making bank payments, please ensure that reference is made to our invoice number to avoid your payment not being traced. The Fee shall be paid in full without any deduction or withholding other than as required by law and the Assignor shall not be entitled to assert any credit, set-off, deduction, counterclaim or abatement of any nature whatsoever against Xxxxxxx Science in order to justify withholding payment of any such amount in whole or in part. If the Assignor is required, pursuant to any applicable present or future law, rule or regulation of any competent governmental or other administrative body, to make any deduction or withholding from any amount payable to Xxxxxxx Science pursuant to this Agreement, the Assignor shall pay to Xxxxxxx Science an additional amount as will, after the deduction or withholding has been made, leave Xxxxxxx Science with the same amount as it would have been entitled to receive in the absence of any such requirement to make a deduction or withholding; promptly pay to the relevant authority the amount of such deduction or withholding; and provide evidence of the same to Xxxxxxx Science on request.

  • International Users The Service is controlled, operated and administered by the Company from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Company Content accessed through the Website in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.

  • International Travel All international flights with the exception of flights between the U.S. and Canada should be reserved through TMC using the “lowest practical coach fare” with the exception of flights that are six (6) or more consecutive hours in length. In such event, the next available seating class above coach shall be reimbursed. When required to travel internationally for business, employees shall be reimbursed for photo fees, application fees, and execution fees when obtaining a new passport book, but fees related to passport renewals are not reimbursable. Visa application and legal fees, entry taxes and departure taxes are reimbursable. The cost of vaccinations that are either required for travel to specific countries or suggested by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services for travel to specific countries, is reimbursable.   • INTERNATIONAL BIDDING All offers (tenders), and all information and Product required by the solicitation or provided as explanation thereof, shall be submitted in English. All prices shall be expressed, and all payments shall be made, in United States Dollars ($US). Any offers (tenders) submitted which do not meet the above criteria will be rejected.

  • International Olympic Committee; International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement As instructed from time to time by ICANN, the names (including their IDN variants, where applicable) relating to the International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement listed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/reserved shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at the second level within the TLD. Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-­‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.
