Insurance Summary. Not later than June 30 of each year, a report summarizing the insurance coverage (specifying type, amount and carrier) in effect for each Loan Party and its Subsidiaries and containing such additional information as the Administrative Agent, or any Lender through the Administrative Agent, may reasonably specify.

Seller may carry, at its own expense, any additional insurance that it deems necessary or desirable. Failure of Seller to procure, maintain or provide acceptable evidence of any insurance required to be procured and maintained by Seller hereunder or failure of Seller to perform any other obligation under this Supplement, shall be a material breach of this Agreement.
