Insurance Limits. Landlord makes no representation that the limits of liability specified to be carried by Tenant under the terms of this Lease are adequate to protect Tenant against Tenant's undertakings under this Lease. In the event Tenant believes that any such insurance coverage called for under this Lease is insufficient, Tenant shall provide, at its own expense, such additional insurance as Tenant deems adequate. Insurance Limits. The insurance limits stated above are not intended to be an indication of exposure nor are they limitations on indemnification.
Insurance Limits. The limits of insurance required in this Agreement may be satisfied by a combination of primary and umbrella or excess insurance. Any umbrella or excess insurance shall contain or be endorsed to contain a provision that such coverage shall also apply on a primary and non- contributory basis for the benefit of City (if agreed to in a written contract or agreement) before the City’s own insurance or self-insurance shall be called upon to protect it as a named insured. If the Contractor or Consultant maintains higher limits than the minimums shown above, the City requires and shall be entitled to coverage for the higher limits maintained by the Contractor or Consultant. Any available insurance proceeds in excess of the specified minimum limits of insurance and coverage shall be available to City.
