Common use of Insurance Limits Clause in Contracts

Insurance Limits. Landlord makes no representation that the limits of liability specified to be carried by Tenant under this Lease are adequate to protect Tenant against Tenant's undertaking under this Lease. In the event Tenant believes that any such required coverage is insufficient, Tenant shall provide, at its own expense, such additional insurance as Tenant deems adequate.
