Instrument Warranty. 3DP warrants to BMS good title to each Instrument at the time of delivery thereof to BMS.
Instrument Warranty. Qorvo warrants that for a period of [*] months after the date of shipment of each Instrument to Zomedica (or, in cases where Zomedica purchases an extended warranty for the applicable price set forth on Schedule 7.8, for a period of [*] months after the date of shipment of each Instrument to Zomedica) (the “Instrument Warranty Period”), each Instrument will conform to the Specifications and will be free from defects in material and workmanship (excluding ordinary wear and tear). Instrument Warranty. XXXX warrants that instruments conform to XXXX’ published specifications and are free from defects in materials and workmanship as follows: New instruments: For a period of 365 days from date of installation or 425 days from the date of invoice, whichever comes first. Refurbished instruments: For a period of 180 days from date of invoice. If XXXX repairs an instrument under warranty, relevant parts can be replaced with new or refurbished parts at XXXX’ discretion. The repaired or replaced instrument or part will be covered through the end of the original instrument warranty period set forth above but no repair or replacement will extend the original warranty period.
Instrument Warranty. Supplier represents and warrants that each Instrument shall be free from material defects and conform to the Instrument Specifications for the period beginning with delivery and ending with successful completion of the Performance Qualification (“PQ”) of such Instrument as set forth in Exhibit A. Supplier shall be responsible for the installation of each Instrument.

If the Instrument is installed by an authorized field service engineer of Seller (the "Seller Representative"), then the warranty period for the Instrument ends twelve (12) months after the date of installation (as certified by Seller Representative) or thirteen (13) months after the date of shipment, whichever is shorter. If the Instrument is not installed by a Seller Representative, the warranty period for the Instrument terminates twelve (12) months after date of shipment. Seller will provide field service for drug discovery Products under warranty, and will provide depot service for bioresearch Products under warranty. Buyer may purchase an upgrade to field service for some bioresearch Products.

  • Equipment Warranty Sunrun warrants all equipment for the duration of the Initial Term. If parts fail during the term of this Agreement, Sunrun will use commercially reasonable efforts to replace them with like equipment; however, you acknowledge that due to parts availability and other factors, this may not be possible. No inspection, test or approval of any kind, including approval of designs, shall affect Seller's obligation under this Section. Goods which have been rejected shall not thereafter be tendered for acceptance unless the former rejection and correction are identified. Replaced or repaired Goods shall be subject to the provisions of this Section 22to the same extent as the original Goods except that the warranty shall run from the last delivery date. NETAPP may return rejected Goods or hold them at Sellers risk and expense, and may in either event charge Seller with costs of transportation, shipping, unpacking, examining, repacking, reshipping, and the like.
