Performance Qualification definition

Performance Qualification means the program by which it is established that the Process, and all equipment and systems associated therewith, are effective and reproducible.
Performance Qualification has the meaning specified in Annex 15 to the EU Guide to Good Manufacturing Practice (EUDRALEX Volume 4).
Performance Qualification means that the testing performed on Chip Products for IL-6 manufactured by the Designated Manufacturer shows substantial equivalence between those Chip Products and Toray Chips, where the testing is based on specifications determined separately between Bluejay and Toray.

Performance Qualification will mean the documented verification by Tenant, subject to Landlord's performance and completion of the Work in accordance with its obligations under and the requirements of the Lease and this Addendum and its cooperation, assistance and support as it pertains to Work performed up through Installation Qualification, that all aspects of the Facility (including, without limitation, the Utilities and the Equipment) that can affect product quality perform as intended meeting predetermined acceptance criteria and produce the required output.
