Initial Provisioning Training. Upon the request of the Buyer, the Seller can provide Initial Provisioning training for the Buyer's provisioning and purchasing personnel. The following areas shall be covered:

Initial Provisioning Training. The Seller will furnish, at the Buyer’s request and at no charge to the Buyer, training courses related to the Seller’s provisioning documents, purchase order administration and handling at MSC or at a mutually agreed location. The areas covered in these training courses are (i) familiarization of the Buyer with the provisioning; (ii) explanation of the technical function as well as the necessary technical and commercial Initial Provisioning Data; and (iii) familiarization with the Seller’s purchase order administration system.

Related to Initial Provisioning Training

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Maintenance Training 16.8.1 The Seller will provide maintenance training for the Buyer’s ground personnel as further set forth in Appendix A to this Clause 16. The available courses will be as listed in the Seller’s Customer Services Catalog current at the time of the course. The practical training provided in the frame of maintenance training will be performed on the training devices in use in the Seller’s Training Centers.
