Common use of Initial Provisioning Training Clause in Contracts

Initial Provisioning Training. The Seller will furnish, at the Buyer’s request and at no charge to the Buyer, training courses related to the Seller’s provisioning documents, purchase order administration and handling at ASC or AACS. The areas covered in these training courses are (i) familiarization of the Buyer with the provisioning; (ii) explanation of the technical function as well as the technical and commercial Initial Provisioning Data; and (iii) familiarization with the Seller’s purchase order administration system.
