Initial Provisioning Conference. The Seller will organize an initial provisioning conference at the US Spares Center or at the Airbus Material Center (the “Initial Provisioning Conference”), the purpose of which will be to agree the material scope and working procedures to accomplish the initial provisioning of Material (the “Initial Provisioning”). The Initial Provisioning Conference will take place at the earliest ***** after Aircraft Manufacturer Serial Number allocation or Contractual Definition Freeze, whichever occurs last and latest ***** before the Scheduled Delivery Month of the first Aircraft.

The Seller shall organize an Initial Provisioning conference ("INITIAL PROVISIONING CONFERENCE") at the Materiel Support Centre, including participation of major Suppliers as agreed upon during the Pre-Provisioning Meeting. Such conference shall not take place earlier than eight (8) weeks after Manufacturer Serial Number allocation, Buyer Furnished Equipment selection or Customer Definition Freeze, whichever is the latest.

At the request of the Buyer, the Seller shall invite major Suppliers, as mutually agreed upon during the Pre-Provisioning Meeting, to participate in the conference. The Seller will organize an Initial Provisioning conference at MSC, ANACS or a location to be mutually agreed upon that will include participation of major Suppliers, as agreed upon during the Pre-provisioning Meeting (the “Initial Provisioning Conference”). Such Initial Provisioning Conference will take place no earlier than eight (8) weeks after Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) selection or Customer Definition Freeze (CDF), whichever last occurs.
Initial Provisioning Conference. The Seller will organize an Initial Provisioning conference at MSC that will include Vendor participation, as agreed upon during the Preprovisioning Meeting (the "Initial Provisioning Conference").

Seller shall organise on Buyer’s request an initial provisioning conference (the “IP Conference”) for the purpose of preparing the initial provisioning of spare parts to Buyer. The IP Conference will take place at Seller’s premises or at any other mutually agreed location as early as possible after execution of this Contract.

The Initial Provisioning Conference will take place at the earliest eight (8) weeks after Aircraft Manufacturer Serial Number allocation or Contractual Definition Freeze, whichever occurs last and latest six (6) months before the Scheduled Delivery Month of the first applicable Aircraft to be delivered to such Operator.
