INDUSTRY GRADING. 26.01 The parties agree, subject to a Letter of Understanding shown as Appendix "C", to continue with the joint committee of equal representatives of the Association and Labourers' Local 183 for the purpose of issuing recognized identification cards, noting the employee's classification. The issuance of such cards will be based upon the certifications given by Employers in the Association and/or such criteria or such standards as the Committee may adopt from time to time. The Committee shall continue to determine which classifications contained in the groups in Schedules "A" and "B" hereto shall be subject to this procedure. The parties agree to finalize this undertaking.

INDUSTRY GRADING. 19.01 The parties agree to continue with the joint committee of equal representatives of the Association and Universal Workers Union, Local 183 for the purpose of issuing recognized identification cards noting the employee's classification. The issuance of such cards will be based upon the certifications given by Employers in the Association and/or such criteria or such standards as the Committee may adopt from time to time. The Committee shall continue to determine which classifications contained in the groups in Schedule "A" hereto shall be subject to this procedure. The criteria are contained in Appendix IV attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. Further in co-operation with Universal Workers Union, Local 183 Life Long Learning Centre Inc., both parties agree to the understanding contained in Appendix V attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement.

  • Industry Ratings The City will only accept coverage from an insurance carrier who offers proof that it:

  • Student Grades Teachers have the responsibility for assigning student grades as earned by the student through established criteria. Teachers also have the responsibility to maintain records that reflect criteria for those grades given.

  • INDUSTRY FUND a. The Employer shall contribute and remit such contributions to the Union’s Industry Fund as specified in Schedule “A” for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement.

  • Grade The employee's grade level. (1-15)

  • Rating The Notes can be issued without the requirement that they have any rating from a nationally recognized statistical rating organization.

  • Industry Standards Supplier will implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures that comply with Industry Standards in all applicable goods, services, equipment, software systems and platforms that Supplier uses to access, process and/or store Accenture Data. “Industry Standards” means security measures that are commercially reasonable in the information technology industry and that are designed to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of Accenture Data, and to protect against Security Incidents.

  • Industry Troubleshooter Where a difference arises between the parties relating to the dismissal, discipline, or suspension of an employee, or to the interpretation, application, operation, or alleged violation of this Agreement, including any question as to whether a matter is arbitrable, during the term of the Collective Agreement, Xxxxx XxXxxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, or a substitute agreed to by the parties, shall at the request of either party:

  • Ratings No “nationally recognized statistical rating organization” as such term is defined for purposes of Rule 436(g)(2) (i) has imposed (or has informed the Company that it is considering imposing) any condition (financial or otherwise) on the Company’s retaining any rating assigned to the Company or any securities of the Company or (ii) has indicated to the Company that it is considering any of the actions described in Section 7(c)(ii) hereof.

  • Subgrade Top surface of Roadbed upon which Base Course or Surface Course is constructed. For roads without Base Course or Surface Course, that portion of Roadbed prepared as the finished wearing surface.

  • Position Classification 1. The requirements of each position will be documented by a Position Description developed by reference to the Position Description Questionnaire (PDQ), and classified into a salary grade consistent with the Position Description and classifications for corresponding job duties found throughout the USNH System and according to USNH policy and processed by the KSC Office of Human Resources.
