Industry Fund definition

Industry Fund means any fund created or continued pursuant to a collective agreement to which the Corporation is a party, consisting of periodic contributions made by a corporate member or members of the Corporation pursuant to a formula based on man hours of employment or otherwise, which fund shall be used for the purpose of negotiating and administering such collective agreement and enabling powers and do all such other acts and things as the Corporation is by its Letters Patent or otherwise by law permitted to exercise or do including, without limitation, the following:
