INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR SERVICES. The parties agree that Supplier is an independent contractor for all purposes, without express or implied authority to bind Buyer by contract or otherwise. Supplier is responsible for all costs and expenses incident to performing its obligations under any Purchase Order and shall provide its own supplies and equipment. The Supplier’s personnel are not employees of WAI. The Supplier will be solely responsible for payment of all compensation owed to the Supplier’s personnel, as well as for payment of employment related taxes and worker's compensation insurance.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR SERVICES. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR agrees to provide services listed in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR shall provide, at own expense, all equipment, materials, and related services as necessary to perform the services described herein, except for pre-approved travel expenses limited to airline tickets, mileage reimbursement, and hotel charges that shall be reimbursed at cost upon receipt of an invoice with appropriate documentation.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR SERVICES. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, Manager and Owner acknowledge and agree as follows:
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR SERVICES. Independent Contractor shall act as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference is a description of the services to be provided by the Independent Contractor hereunder (the "Operational Services"). Independent Contractor hereby agrees to utilize his best efforts in performing the Operational Services, however, Independent Contractor makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding any corporate strategies attempted by the Company or the eventual effectiveness of the Operational Services.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR SERVICES. In furtherance of the appointment and grant of rights under Section 4.1, Agent shall, in accordance with Section 2.3(b) of the Purchase Agreement provide the following services (the “Independent Contractor Services” and together with the Agency Services and Importation Services, the “Services”):
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR SERVICES. HandHeld shall have agreed to engage Xx. Xxxxxxx on substantially the terms set forth in the Independent Contractor Services Agreement attached hereto as EXHIBIT D (the "SERVICES AGREEMENT").
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR SERVICES. Xx. Xxxxxxx shall have agreed to provide consulting services to HandHeld on substantially the terms set forth in the Services Agreement.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR SERVICES. 2.1 Since VeriTES is not in the business of providing Checking Services, from time to time VeriTES shall contact Independent Contractor to solicit an offer from Independent Contractor for the performance of Checking Services. VeriTES’s solicitation shall indicate to Independent Contractor the Checking Services to be performed, and provide other information that may assist Independent Contractor in the performance of his/her services. In each instance when Independent Contractor accepts an offer, the specifications for the engagement will be set forth in a work order (“Work Order”).
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR SERVICES. CCJHA hereby engages independent contractor to referee hockey games in compliance with all applicable rules and guidelines as set forth by MAHA and USA Hockey. Independent contractor retains the right to referee for other hockey associations or entities.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR SERVICES. Independent Contractor shall act as Chief Intellectual Property Officer of the Company. Attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference is a description of the services to be provided by the Independent Contractor hereunder (the "Intellectual Property Services"). Independent Contractor hereby agrees to utilize his best efforts in performing the Intellectual Property Services, however, Independent Contractor makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding any corporate strategies attempted by the Company or the eventual effectiveness of the Intellectual Property Services.
