In Service Procedures Clause Samples
The In-Service Procedures clause defines the processes and protocols that must be followed once a product, system, or service is operational and in use. It typically outlines responsibilities for maintenance, monitoring, reporting issues, and implementing updates or repairs as needed. For example, it may specify how service requests are submitted, response times, and escalation procedures for unresolved problems. This clause ensures that both parties understand their ongoing obligations, promoting smooth operation and minimizing disruptions during the service period.
