Notice Procedures definition

Notice Procedures means (i) the procedure specified in the Agreement regarding delivery of notices or information to a Party, (ii) such other procedures as may be agreed in writing between the Parties from time to time, and (iii) with respect to a Party and a particular category of information or notice, if the other Party has specified other permissible procedures in writing, such procedures.
Notice Procedures means by notice published in a local newspaper of general circulation in Garden City, New York and one or more of the following means:
