How data information is to be accessed, processed and used Processing (descriptor) Associated work instructions, policy or procedure (listed in Appendix 1) If applicable The National Contact Tracing Centre (run by National Services Scotland on behalf of Public Health Scotland) will attempt to contact a random sample from the list of passengers. If contact cannot be made after three phone calls and one email they will be marked as being unable to be contacted and the details of these passengers will be provided to Public Health Scotland. Public Health Scotland will then prepare a file for secure transfer to Police Scotland. The file will contain information on passengers that the National Contact Tracing Centre has been unable to contact. See appendix 1 Police Scotland receives the file from Public Health Scotland via secure file transfer and invokes their policy of engage, explain, encourage and enforce by investigating proportionately and using their enforcement powers, where necessary, in compliance with the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Scotland) Regulations 2020.   • Licensee Data Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Licensee will be solely responsible for backing-up, and taking all appropriate measures to protect and secure, Licensee Data. Licensee acknowledges that Nuix may make, store and maintain back up copies of Licensee Data, but is not obliged to do so. Nuix will not be liable for any loss or corruption of Licensee Data.

  • Product Information Contractor shall provide the following information for all goods provided pursuant to this Agreement: manufacturer’s name, product code number, and pack size.

  • Device Data We may share certain personal information and device-identifying technical data about you and your devices with third party service providers, who will compare and add device data and fraud data from and about you to a database of similar device and fraud information in order to provide fraud management and prevention services, which include but are not limited to identifying and blocking access to the applicable service or Web site by devices associated with fraudulent or abusive activity. Such information may be used by us and our third party service providers to provide similar fraud management and prevention services for services or Web sites not provided by us. We will not share with service providers any information that personally identifies the user of the applicable device.

  • User Data In addition to any disclosures authorized by Section 24, You and Your Authorised Users consent and agree that the RIM Group of Companies may access, preserve, and disclose Your or Your Authorised Users' data, including personal information, contents of your communication or information about the use of Your BlackBerry Solution functionality and the services or software and hardware utilized in conjunction with Your BlackBerry Solution where available to RIM ("User Data"), to third parties, including foreign or domestic government entities, without providing notice to You or Your Authorized Users under the laws of countries where the RIM Group of Companies and its service providers, other partners and affiliates are located in order to: (i) comply with legal process or enforceable governmental request, or as otherwise required by law; (ii) cooperate with third parties in investigating acts in violation of this Agreement; or (iii) cooperate with system administrators at Internet service providers, networks or computing facilities in order to enforce this Agreement. You warrant that You have obtained all consents necessary under applicable law from Your Authorised Users to disclose User Data to the RIM Group of Companies and for the RIM Group of Companies to collect, use, process, transmit, and/or disclose such User Data as described above.

  • Product Data Illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by Developer to illustrate a material, product, or system for some portion of the Work.

  • Technical Information The Employer agrees to provide to the Union such information that is available relating to employees in the bargaining unit, as may be required by the Union for collective bargaining purposes.

  • Sensitive data Where the transfer involves personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, or biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or a person’s sex life or sexual orientation, or data relating to criminal convictions and offences (hereinafter ‘sensitive data’), the data importer shall apply the specific restrictions and/or additional safeguards described in Annex I.B.

  • Technical Data For the purpose of this Agreement, "TECHNICAL DATA" shall mean all information of the Company in written, graphic or tangible form relating to any and all products which are developed, formulated and/or manufactured by the Company, as such information exists as of the Effective Date or is developed by the Company during the term hereof.

  • Confidential Data Employee further agrees that, during his employment with Employer and thereafter, he will keep confidential and not divulge to anyone, disseminate nor appropriate for his own benefit or the benefit of another any confidential information described in Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein (the "Confidential Data"). Employee hereby acknowledges and agrees that this prohibition against disclosure of Confidential Data is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any rights or remedies that Employer may have available pursuant to the laws of any jurisdiction or at common law to prevent the disclosure of trade secrets, and the enforcement by Employer of its rights and remedies pursuant to this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any other rights or available remedies that it may possess in law or equity absent this Agreement.
