HOURS OF SERVICE REQUIREMENT. Subject to the applicable minimum allocation requirement of Section 3.04, the Advisory Committee will not allocate any portion of an Employer contribution for a Plan Year to any Participant's Account if the Participant does not complete the applicable minimum Hours of Service requirement specified in the Employer's Adoption Agreement.

HOURS OF SERVICE REQUIREMENT. Except as required to satisfy the top-heavy minimum allocation requirement of Article XII, the Plan Administrator will not allocate any portion of an Employer contribution for a Plan Year to any Participant's Account if the Participant does not complete the applicable minimum Hours of Service or consecutive calendar days of employment requirement the Employer specifies in its Adoption Agreement for the relevant period. The Employer in its Standardized Adoption Agreement must elect whether to require a Participant to complete during a Plan Year 501 Hours of Service or to be employed for at least 91 consecutive calendar days under the Elapsed Time Method, to share in the allocation of Employer contributions for that Plan Year where the Participant is not employed by the Employer on the Accounting Date of that Plan Year, including the Plan Year in which the Employer terminates the Plan.
