Vesting Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(c)(ii).
Year of Vesting Service means a vesting computation period during which you complete 1,000 hours of service during the Plan Year.

Control Performance Standard or “CPS” shall mean the reliability standard that sets the limits of a Balancing Authority’s Area Control Error over a specified time period.

Vesting Service of an employee means the period or periods of service credited to him under the provisions of Article II for purposes of determining his vested interest in his Employer Contributions Sub-Account, if Employer Contributions are provided for under either Article VI or Article XXII.

Recurrent Disability means a Disability caused by an Injury or Sickness that is the same as, or related to, the cause of a prior Disability for which Monthly Benefits were payable. A Recurrent Disability will be treated as follows.
Employment Termination means the effective date of: (i) Executive’s voluntary termination of employment with the Company with Good Reason, or (ii) the termination of Executive’s employment by the Company without Good Cause.

Good Reason Termination means a termination of employment or service initiated by the Participant upon or after a Change of Control upon one or more of the following events:
Part-time employment means any employment or combination of one or more employments in a civil division in which an individual works fifty percent or less of the time prescribed as the standard work week by the governing body or other appropriate authority of the civil division or where the employee earns not more than one-half (1/2) of the rate assigned to the position if the position has been allocated to a graded salary schedule.
Year of Service means the computation period of twelve (12) consecutive months, herein set forth, during which an Employee has at least 1000 Hours of Service.
Pregnancy disability means a pregnancy-related medical condition or miscarriage.
Severance Period means the period of time commencing on the date of the first occurrence of a Change in Control and continuing until the earlier of (i) the second anniversary of the occurrence of the Change in Control and (ii) the Executive’s death.
Seasonal employment means the employment of 1 or more individuals primarily hired to perform services during regularly recurring periods of 26 weeks or less in any 52-week period other than services in the construction industry.
Award Period means the period beginning on an Award Date and ending on the expiration date of such Award.
