Employment Requirement definition

Employment Requirement means the continuous employment of the Executive by the Company or a subsidiary on and after the Date of Grant through the date specified.
Employment Requirement and “Employment Requirements” means as described in Section 4.3.C.
Employment Requirement means Executive’s continuous employment by Bank for a period of five (5) years from the date of this Agreement.
