Hosting Term. The Hosting Term will commence on the date set forth on an Order Form for Hosting Services accepted by Licensor, and continue for an initial period of one (1) year. Thereafter, this Addendum shall automatically renew for consecutive one-year terms unless either party provides the other party with written notice of its desire not to renew this Addendum at least ninety (90) days before the end of the then-current Hosting Term.
Hosting Term. The term for Hosting Services will commence on the date set forth on the Order for Hosting Services accepted by NetRef, and unless otherwise specified on the applicable Order shall continue for an initial period of one (1) year (the “Initial Hosting Term”). Thereafter, the Initial Hosting Term shall automatically renew for consecutive one (1) year terms (each renewal term and the Initial Hosting Term is collectively referred to as, the “Hosting Term”) unless either party provides the other party with written notice of its desire not to renew the Order for Hosting Services at least ninety (90) days before the end of the then- current Hosting Term.
Hosting Term. The hosting term is identical and attached to the Subscription Term as identified in Clause 2.1 above.
Hosting Term e-Media shall provide the Hosting Services for a period ------------ of twelve (12) months from Launch, unless earlier terminated as otherwise provided in Sections 5.9(b), 5.10(b) and 5.12 (the "Initial ------- Term"). e-Media shall continue to provide the Hosting Services on the ---- terms and conditions of this Hosting Agreement beyond the Initial Term for additional twelve (12) month terms (each, subject to Sections 5.9(b), 5.10(b) and 5.12, a "Renewal Term") unless Xxxxx gives e-Media ------------ a written notice of termination at least three (3) months prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or the then-current Renewal Term. The Initial Term and any Renewal Term(s) are herein collectively referred to as the "Hosting Term." ------------
Hosting Term. The Hosting Services term will commence on the first day of the first month following the Effective Date unless earlier terminated and will remain in effect until the end of the current annual term for Maintenance and Support services for the Tyler Software. The hosting term will renew automatically thereafter for additional one (1) year terms at Tyler’s then-current rates unless such renewal is cancelled in writing by either party at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current term.
Hosting Term. The initial term of this Agreement shall commence on the month the hosting environment has been set-up and is in-use by Organization and shall continue thereafter for five (5) years (“Initial Term”). The commencement date of the Initial Term shall be promptly memorialized in writing by the Parties. The Agreement will automatically renew thereafter for consecutive one (1) year terms (“Renewal Term”) subject to Section 2.7.
Hosting Term. When the work outlined in the Section 2 of the Master Services Agreement is completed all Vendor Deliverables have been satisfactorily completed, the Website is approved to be launched by the Authority and actually launched by Vendor, then Hosting Services shall commence ( the “Hosting Start Date”) and shall continue until termination or expiration of the initial annual hosting term (the “Hosting Initial Term”). The Authority, in its sole discretion, may renew the Hosting Initial Term for successive periods of one-year each (the “Hosting Renewal Term”) by written notice by email to Vendor at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then-current term. The Hosting Initial Term and any Hosting Renewal Term collectively are the “Hosting Term”. At least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the then-current Hosting Term, the Vendor's billing system will send the Authority an invoice for an additional term that matches the last Hosting Term paid for, but receipt of the invoice does not obligate the Authority to any Hosting Renewal Term.
