Surviving Terms. The provisions set forth in the following sections, and any other rights or obligations of the parties in this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination or expiration of this Agreement, will survive any expiration or termination of this Agreement (including, without limitation, Section 9 (Confidentiality), Section 8 (Fees; Payment Terms), Section 10 (Term and Termination), Section 12 (Indemnification), Section 13 (Limitations of Liability) and Section 15 (Miscellaneous)).
Surviving Terms. Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 of this Agreement shall survive termination of this Agreement.
Surviving Terms. The rights and obligations contained in Sections 2(D), 2(E), 5(A), 5(C)-(F), 6-8, and 10-12 of this Agreement will survive the termination of this Agreement.
Surviving Terms. The provisions of Articles 5, 6, 7, 8, and Section 9.8 shall survive the Term of this Agreement and the termination of Board Member's services.
Surviving Terms. The parties agree that the rights and obligations contained in Clauses 5.1.2, 5.1.3, 5.1.8, 5.2, 6, 8.4, 11, 12, 14, 15, and 18 of Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
Surviving Terms. In the event of expiration of this Agreement under Section 8.4 or termination of this Agreement under Section 8.5, the rights and obligations in the following Sections shall survive: 1.7, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7.1 and 8, and will remain in full force and effect following termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Surviving Terms. Each provision of this Agreement that, by its nature, should survive termination or expiration of this Agreement, will survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Surviving Terms. The rights and obligations contained in clauses 2.5, 2.9, 5.1, 5.3 (to the extent set forth in the CDPC), 6, 7, 8, 10.3, 10.4, 11 and 12 of this Agreement will survive the termination of this Agreement.
Surviving Terms. The rights and obligations contained in Sections 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 19, 22, 23 and 24 of this Agreement will survive the termination of this Agreement.
Surviving Terms. The rights and obligations of the parties regarding the payment or provision of benefits set forth in this Agreement upon such termination and the rights and restrictions during the period after termination shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
