Helipad. There will be one helipad located at the top of the MH making it directly connected with Accident & Emergency Department and Burn Unit by a vertical connection. The helipad will serve the ambulance helicopters which are directly under the service of MoH. As reported by ELZ A.Ş., an average of 1 cycle/day and on peak, 3 cycles/day are expected (depending on the severity and priority of the possible incident) for Elazig IHC helipad.

Helipad. 1 Helipad shall meet the following criteria:
Helipad the non-exclusive right to use the helicopter pad on the roof of the Building (“Helipad”), so long as Landlord makes the Helipad available for use by tenants, and subject to all applicable Laws (including, without limitation, the requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration) and the Building Rules and Regulations. Use of the amenities referenced in this Section shall, in addition to the foregoing provisions, be in accordance with all applicable provisions of this Lease (including the insurance and indemnity provisions) and subject to such reasonable rules and regulations as Landlord may promulgate with respect thereto from time to time and notify Tenant thereof. Landlord shall have the right at any time, in its sole but reasonable discretion, to: (1) limit or modify the hours of operation of any of the foregoing amenities; (2) modify the size, type, capacity or configuration of the foregoing amenities; (3) relocate any of the foregoing amenities; or (4) perform any other reasonable act with respect to the foregoing amenities. In the event that Landlord makes any modification with respect to the foregoing amenities pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence, then costs of such modification shall be included within Operating Charges if and to the extent permitted by Article V; provided, however, that Landlord agrees that any costs incurred by Landlord relating to the termination or decommissioning of the foregoing amenities shall not be included in Operating Charges.
Helipad. Landlord has been researching an appropriate location to construct a helipad for the Park and will allow Tenant use of the helipad if and when complete at a commercially reasonable rate to be determined by Landlord. All use shall be applicable to rules and regulations established by Landlord and all applicable governmental regulations.
Helipad. USEC will establish written controls for helicopter access to the GDP sites, and the air space over the sites for use by USEC, DOE, or other DOE tenant organizations at the sites and to assist state or local law enforcement or emergency response personnel. Once established, DOE. agrees to abide by these controls. As part of these controls, DOE will obtain USEC’s concurrence from the PSS prior to utilizing the site helipad.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Sprinkler System If there now is or shall be installed in the Building a "sprinkler system", and such system or any of its appliances shall be damaged or injured or not in proper working order by reason of any act or omission of Tenant, Tenant's agents, servants, employees, licensees or visitors, Tenant shall forthwith restore the same to good working condition at its own expense; and if the New York Board of Fire Underwriters or the New York Fire Insurance Rating Organization or any bureau, department or official of the state or city government, shall require or recommend that any changes, modifications, alterations or additional sprinkler heads or other equipment be made or supplied by reason of Tenant's business, or the location of the partitions, trade fixtures, or other contents of the Premises, Tenant shall, at Tenant's expense, promptly make and supply such changes, modifications, alterations, additional sprinkler heads or other equipment.

  • Communications Equipment Members of the board of directors or any committee thereof may participate in and act at any meeting of such board or committee through the use of a conference telephone or other communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and participation in the meeting pursuant to this section shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.

  • Overstandard Tenant Use If Tenant uses water, electricity, heat or air conditioning in excess of that supplied by Landlord pursuant to Section 6.1 of this Lease, Tenant shall pay to Landlord, upon billing, the cost of such excess utility consumption, the cost of the installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment which is required to be installed in order to supply such excess consumption; and, to the extent no previously installed, Landlord may install devices to separately sub-meter any increased use and in such event Tenant shall pay the increased cost directly to Landlord, on demand, at the rates charged by the public utility company furnishing the same, including the cost of such additional metering (or sub-metering) devices. Tenant’s use of electricity shall never exceed the capacity of the feeders to the Property or the risers or wiring installation; provided, however, Tenant shall have the right, subject to the terms of Article 8, to increase such capacity. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease, Tenant may operate the HVAC within the Premises at its discretion; provided, however, if Tenant desires to use heat, ventilation or air conditioning during hours other than those for which Landlord is obligated to supply such utilities pursuant to the terms of Section 6.1 of this Lease, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for the actual cost of supplying chilled water and gas to the Premises during non-Building Hours at the actual rates charged by the utilities, which cost shall be equitably prorated among all Building occupants (other than the Bank) operating HVAC during the same non-Building Hours. For purposes of an example, Exhibit K, attached hereto, sets forth the calculation of such actual utilities costs, with the actual calculation being subject to the actual rates charged by the utilities. Landlord shall, at its sole cost, as part of the Core and Shell Work, provide a cloud-based software system (Workspeed) to allow Tenant to control Tenant’s after-hours HVAC.

  • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • Compatibility 1. Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case.
