HANDICAPPED person(s) Handicapped: how many persons in your family have a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of the individual’s major life activities.
HANDICAPPED. ‌ No otherwise qualified handicapped individual in the United States, as defined in Section 706(7) of Title 29 USC, and subchapter II of Chapter 111, Wis. Stats., shall solely by reason of the individual's handicap, be excluded from the participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving benefits under this Agreement.
HANDICAPPED. The Employer shall establish eligibility lists of qualified ranking candidates selected in accordance with Article IX for a period not to exceed six (6) months unless there are less than four (4) qualified candidates in which case there will be no eligibility list. Once an eligibility list for a given job classification has been established as a result of a vacancy in any particular department or division, a subsequent vacancy in the same job classification in a different department or division shall result in the establishment of a new eligibility list.
HANDICAPPED. The Employer shall do all he can to give appropriate employment to an employee who became disabled or is sick as a result of his work or who, because of his age, or temporary handicap which makes him unable to perform his duties.
HANDICAPPED. The Contractor will not discriminate in employment on the basis of handicap against any qualified handicapped person and agrees to take positive steps to employ and advance in employment qualified handicapped persons and to comply with Department of Human Services Regulations (45 CFR Part 84), as from time to time amended.
