The Xxxxxx Mill and Millbrook Fen Preservation Project (the "Project Area") consists of three parcels -19-0027 1.000, 43-00542.000, 43-00325.000, which together total approximately 15.5 acres. The Project Area is located in Plain and Clinton Townships in Xxxxx County, Ohio. The 200 year-old mill and its site comprise 1.16 acres, located at the southeast xxxxx of Xxxxxx (SR 34) and Willow Roads (CR 228). The Mill Creek Restoration at Evendale Commons will take place at the confluence of the main stem of the Mill Creek and an unnamed tributary at Xxxxxxxxxx Drive in the Evendale Commons development. The project comprises approximately 3.5 acres of improved stream bank and stream corridor and retrofitted detention basins. The City of Gahanna proposes to remove a low head dam and complete stream and wetland restoration along XxXxxxx Creek, located southwest of the intersection of Cherry Bottom Road and Johnstown Road (U.S. Route 62) in the City of Gahanna. Franklin County. Ohio. The project is located on the site of the former Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Capital City Lodge #9, on property currently owned by Stonybrook United Methodist Church. The project is located on one parcel listed under one deed; the Franklin County Parcel ID is 025-001929·00. The proposed restoration area is located immediately adjacent to the proposed alignment of Section 4 of the Big Walnut Trail. which is anticipated to be constructed by the City in 2018. XxXxxxx Creek (also known as Xxxx Ditch) is a direct tributary to the Big Walnut Creek, and is located in the Big Walnut Creek subwatershed (HUC 12: 05060001-15-02). The project is located between river mile (RM) 0 and 0.1 of XxXxxxx Creek.

The project limits are from the rear property line of Nova Lane from Jeannelynn Street to the rear property line of Lemonyne Avenue south to Xxxx Avenue, then east along the southern boundary of Xxxx Avenue to the east right-of-way along Lemoyne Avenue, then south along Lemoyne Avenue to the north right-of-way line along Homestead Road, west to the end of Homestead Road.
