Handicapped Access. (a) Mortgagor agrees that the Mortgaged Property shall at all times comply in all material respects with applicable requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988, all state and local laws and ordinances related to handicapped access and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant thereto including, without limitation, the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines for Buildings and Facilities (collectively “Access Laws”).
Handicapped Access. 10.13.1 Borrower agrees that the Properties shall at all times strictly comply to the extent applicable with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988, all state and local laws and ordinances related to handicapped access and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant thereto including, without limitation, the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines for Buildings and Facilities (collectively, "Access Laws").
Handicapped Access. (a) Borrower agrees that the Properties shall at all times strictly comply in all material respects to the extent applicable with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988 (if applicable), all state and local laws and ordinances related to handicapped access and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant thereto including, without limitation, the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines for Buildings and Facilities (collectively "ACCESS LAWS").
Handicapped Access. (1) Borrower (a) agrees that it shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the Project shall at all times comply with the applicable requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988, all state and local laws and ordinances related to handicapped access and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant thereto including, without limitation, the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines for Buildings and Facilities (collectively, “Access Laws”) and (b) has no actual knowledge as to the Project’s non-compliance with any Access Laws where the failure to so comply could have a material adverse effect on the Project or on Borrower’s ability to repay the Loans in accordance with the terms hereof.

(a) Grantor agrees that the Property shall at all times comply to the extent applicable with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, all state and local laws and ordinances related to handicapped access and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant thereto including, without limitation, the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines for Buildings and Facilities (collectively, “Access Laws”).

(a) Borrower agrees that the Trust Property shall at all times comply to the extent applicable with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988 (if applicable), all state and local laws and ordinances related to handicapped access and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant thereto including, without limitation, the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines for Buildings and Facilities (collectively "ACCESS LAWS").
Handicapped Access. (a) The Issuers agree that the Properties shall at all times strictly comply in all material respects to the extent applicable with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988 (if applicable), all state and local laws and ordinances related to handicapped access and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant thereto including, without limitation, the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines for Buildings and Facilities (collectively, “Access Laws”). The Issuers agree to give prompt notice to the Indenture Trustee of the receipt by any Issuer of any complaints related to material violation of any Access Laws and of the commencement of any proceedings or investigations which relate to compliance with applicable Access Laws.

(a) Borrower covenants and agrees to cause Mortgage Borrower to cause each Property to, at all times, strictly comply to the extent applicable with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988, all federal, state and local laws and ordinances related to handicapped access and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant thereto including, without limitation, the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines for Buildings and Facilities (collectively, the “Access Laws”).
