Grant of License Term a) Licensee is hereby granted a revocable license to live in the Apartment identified on the signature page during the Term, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this License. Licensee shall not use or permit the Apartment to be used for any purpose other than a private dwelling for Licensee.
Grant of License Term. A. Licensor hereby grants Licensee a renewable one (1) year non-exclusive license to utilize the Software, including all future upgrades, subject to earlier termination or extension pursuant to the terms hereof.
Grant of License Term. Subject to the terms and conditions and in consideration of the mutual promises set forth in this Agreement, SAI Global grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, license to use the Software on a trial basis for a period of ninety (90) day from the Effective Date (“License Term”). Licensee is authorized to use the Software and the associated program documentation solely for Licensee’s internal business purposes for the License Term. At the end of the License Term, this Agreement including the license granted hereunder will terminate and access to the Software will be terminated. No independent contractors or other persons who are not direct employees of Licensee may access, or otherwise utilize the Software without the express prior written consent of SAI Global. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that no license, right, title or interest in any trademark, trade name, or service xxxx of SAI Global or any third party is granted to Licensee under this Agreement.

Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to utilize the Software, including all future upgrades provided by Licensor, subject to earlier termination or renewal pursuant to the terms hereof. The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of one (1) year commencing on the Effective Date (the “Initial Term”). This Agreement will be automatically renewed for additional one year terms (each a “Renewal Term”, and, together with the Initial Term, the “Term”), in which event the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect; unless, not later than thirty (30) days prior to the end of any Term, Licensee or Licensor gives notice to the other party of its election to not renew and to terminate this Agreement.

DCC hereby grants to BMS a license and ---------------------- permission to enter upon and use the Premises for the purpose set forth in Recital B for a period commencing on "The Occupancy Date" (as defined in Section B of Exhibit B), , October 1, 2000 and continuing until September 30, 2002 (the "Term"), unless sooner terminated as provided herein. In connection with such license, DCC shall provide BMS with security access to the Premises and such other information and/or items relating to the Premises as described on Exhibit ------- B attached hereto (the "Building Checklist"). -
Grant of License Term. A. Titan hereby grants to Licensee, and Licensee accepts, the right, license and privilege to use the Technology in connection only with the design, manufacture, construction and operation of the Plant, including the right to sell and distribute Licensed Products and to practice Licensed Processes.
