Licensee Business definition

Licensee Business means the "Company Business" as that term is defined in the Licensee Contribution Agreement.

Licensee Business means providing a social media platform, contents, and services to assist businesses, including IPW and other businesses, in the marketing of their products.

Licensee Business means with respect to the referenced entity (whether Licensee or a Sublicensee), the business owned by the entity for the purchase and sale of goods and related services to customers who take delivery within the Territory using interfaces that are solely in the English language, and the associated marketing and related business programs conducted by the entity in the English language within the Territory, and related business transactions performed by and between the entity and its respective vendors, suppliers, distributors and other agents. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no Licensee Business shall include any activities involving the operation of life support machines, weapons systems, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, nuclear facilities or any other environment requiring fail- safe performance in which any failure or delay in performance could lead to death, personal injury or severe physical or environmental damage.

• Licensee shall, at its sole expense, comply at all times with all applicable laws, regulations, exchange and other rules and reputable industry practice pertaining to the Licensee Business and the use of the Xxxx.

More Definitions of Licensee Business

Licensee Business means: (a) the marketing, promotion, distribution, and sale of (i) software that runs on the Palm OS, (ii) devices that run the Palm OS, and (iii) accessories for devices that run the Palm OS; and (b) the PDM Business, in each case through all channels of distribution, including via the operation of one or more web sites.

The foregoing sentence is not intended to limit Licensor’s rights to operate outside of the businesses referenced in the first sentence of this definition.
