Common use of Grant of License Term Clause in Contracts

Grant of License Term. a) Licensee is hereby granted a revocable license to live in the Apartment identified on the signature page during the Term, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this License. Licensee shall not use or permit the Apartment to be used for any purpose other than a private dwelling for Licensee.
