GIS Training. The Contractor shall train all personnel, identified by the DPTMS, or equivalent, in GIS processes and SRP GIS tools.

GIS Training. This class is designed to help the Health District use the GIS Admin tool for setup and connection to the existing map service. Health District staff will learn to create map integrations, and build map profiles by configuring map, geocoding and routing services. Health District staff will also learn how to manage map settings, control map security and access, and create map user groups. Finally, Health District staff will learn to configure Accela Automation and Citizen Access integrations. This course will provide the skills needed to take full advantage of Accela’s GIS Admin tool. Accela Responsibilities: Coordinate with the Health District to define training schedule and logistics. Deliver training per the specific requirements listed above. Health District Responsibilities: Select and prepare the power‐users who will be participating in the training and subsequently training end users. Arrange the time and qualified people for the training who are critical to the project success. Provide suitable Health District facilities, hardware and software to accommodate various training classes.
GIS Training. Ifaa organized a nine-day Quantum-Geographical Information System (Q-GIS) training from March 8 – 16 for 27 participants from CRS, HCS, and GoE on the application of GIS for watershed planning and monitoring. The training helped officers estimate resources, manage and analyze information, and effectively manage IWM planning and implementation. As with the IWM training, this was organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture (MoA) and Bureau of Agriculture (BoA).

  • Cross Training (a) The parties recognize the importance of cross training to ensure that employees are properly trained for backup and for promotions. When the Employer identifies a cross training opportunity the Employer shall provide each regular employee written notification of the cross training opportunity in following with 6.02(a). The Employer undertakes to cross train employees on the basis of seniority and the ability to do the job within a reasonable period of time.

  • Job Training The Employer and the Union shall establish a Joint Committee on Training and Skill Upgrading for the following purposes:

  • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • Staff Training VENDOR shall ensure that all staff providing direct Services receive continuing education and training as needed or required and that such education and training is documented.

  • Driver Training A. All drivers are to be provided with appropriate training and refresher courses each year in the following areas as a minimum: * Proper use of equipment including communications equipment; * Defensive driving; * Emergency and accident procedures; * Identifying unusual passenger behavior; * Student harassment and bullying; * Conducting evacuation drills; * Sensitivity training in working with disabled persons; * Human relation skills in working with parents, school staff, etc; * General vehicle maintenance and pre-trip inspections; and * Map reading and city street coordinates. The Department of Business and Transportation Services may review Contractors’ bus driver training program, upon request.

  • Employee Training The Provider shall provide periodic security training to those of its employees who operate or have access to the system. Further, Provider shall provide LEA with contact information of an employee who LEA may contact if there are any security concerns or questions.

  • Annual Training The Governing Board shall receive initial training and annual training thereafter. Pursuant to O.C.G.A §20-2-2072 and relevant State Board rules, the training shall include, but not be limited to, best practices on school governance, the constitutional and statutory requirements relating to public records and meetings, and the requirements of applicable statutes and rules and regulations.

  • Orientation and Training A transferring employee will be orientated separately to both or their new home in accordance with Article 20 the collective agreement of the designated employer.

  • Education and Training The foundation of this Program is education and voluntary compliance. It is recognized that alcohol and chemical dependency may make voluntary cessation of use difficult, and one of the Program’s principal aims is to make voluntary steps toward ending substance abuse easily available. The outside contractor shall review and develop on-going educational and training information on the adverse consequences of substance abuse and the responsibility to avoid being under the influence of alcohol or chemicals at work. Certain training required by the DOT Regulations shall be the responsibility of the Substance Abuse Program.
