GATE. A. For security purposes, the Park is equipped with a gate. The gate is locked each night at 11:00 P.M.
GATE. 19.7.1 There will be one districtwide G.A.T.E. Coordinator position that will receive an annual five percent (5%) stipend based on Column 1, Step 1 of the certificated salary schedule for service. The parties mutually agree that the current districtwide G.A.T.E. Coordinator will not suffer a loss of compensation with this agreement.
GATE. The Havasu Heat will maintain and collect all Gate Fees for all events. Fees will be clearly identified and will align with gate fees currently established and in use for LHUSD#1 events.
GATE. Receiving and delivering of containers at the gate together with EDI interchange receipts and other clerical work such as checking of container seals presence or weighing at the gate in the APMT Container Terminal.
GATE xx may, at its sole discretion, close your open order and liquidates your position without notice to you to control risks.
GATE. Gate access is from 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week. After hours access is possible with 24 hours advance notice. A individual gate access code will be issued upon completion of this agreement. You must enter in all digits provided, then the # key. Gate will automatically close after about 1 min. Gate will automatically open upon detecting an exiting vehicle. Forcing the gate open or entry through a forced open gate (gate did not automatically open) is considered trespass and all evidence of such entry can be turned over to the Xxxxx County Sheriff.

  • Infrastructure (a) Each Loan Party has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Elevation Elevation is defined as restoring an employee to the higher classification, with permanent status, which was held prior to being granted a demotion or to a class that is between the current class and the class from which the employee was demoted. Upon elevation, an employee’s salary will be determined in the same manner that is provided for promotion in Section 43.5, above.

  • Geometric visibility The visibility of the illuminating surface, including its visibility in areas which do not appear to be illuminated in the direction of observation considered, shall be ensured within a divergent space defined by generating lines based on the perimeter of the illuminating surface and forming an angle of not less than 5° with the axis of reference of the headlamp.

  • Loop A transmission path that extends from a Main Distribution Frame or functionally comparable piece of equipment in a Customer's serving End Office, to the Rate Demarcation Point (or NID if installed at the Rate Demarcation Point) in or at the Customer's premises. The actual transmission facilities used to provide a Loop may utilize any of several technologies.

  • Fences Except for establishment cost incurred by the United States and replacement cost not due to the Landowner’s negligence or malfeasance, all other costs involved in maintenance of fences and similar facilities to exclude livestock shall be the responsibility of the Landowner.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 8.2.1 If Reconex chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, Reconex’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by Reconex to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center subtends as identified in the LERG.

  • Retrenchment At any time during an individual’s service, the individual may be subject to retrenchment in accordance with the provisions of Article 22 of the Agreement. In such cases, the notice provisions and all other terms of that article shall apply, anything above to the contrary notwithstanding.

  • Signaling Each Party will provide the other Party with access to its databases and associated signaling necessary for the routing and completion of the other Party’s traffic in accordance with the provisions contained in the Unbundled Network Element Attachment or applicable access tariff.

  • Gardens Lawns, xxxxxx, flower beds, trees, shrubs, outside walls and fences.
