Frameworks. Critically assess existing frameworks to understand income vs. effort and expertise to create. Focus on increasing income from existing frameworks and identifying new frameworks to increase income g. Frameworks. An instructional framework provides a common language shared by everyone in the district and aligned to the eight principal and teacher criteria created by E2SSB 6696.
Frameworks. The number of firms to be included on the Framework for Construction Consultants 2017 is as follows: Type 3 Projects Architects 25 Quantity Surveyors 20 Civil/Structural Engineers 20 Building Services Engineers 15 Type 2b Projects Architects 40 (Type 3 panel size plus 15) Quantity Surveyors 35 (Type 3 panel size plus 15) Civil/Structural Engineers 30 (Type 3 panel size plus 10) Building Services Engineers 25 (Type 3 panel size plus 10) It is proposed that the Framework panels for Type 3 projects will consist of a maximum number of applicants (as set out above) that meet the minimum standard for participation (suitability assessment). Only the highest scoring submissions, up to the maximum number identified, for each Framework will be selected as participants. Where more than one applicant achieves the lowest qualifying score all applicants with that score will be included in the panel. Where there are less than the maximum number of applicants only those that meet the minimum standard for participation (suitability assessment) will be invited to participate. It is proposed that the Framework panels for Type 2b projects will consist of a maximum number of applicants (as set out above) that meet the minimum standard for participation (suitability assessment). Where more than one applicant achieves the lowest qualifying score all applicants with that score will be included in the panels. Any applicant qualifying for Type 3 will be automatically qualified for Type 2b, i.e. for Type 2b projects the panels will consist of those who qualified for the Type 3 panels and the highest scoring eligible applicants for Type 2b projects only up to the maximum for each discipline. Only one application may be received from any individual firm for any one consultancy discipline. If any individual or group of individuals is included as Consortium or Joint Venture member or sub-consultant in more than one application for the same contract, confirmation should be provided that the Applicant and all other consortia of which that individual or group is a member is aware of this multiple participation. Projects are categorized in the Contract Notice or Tender Documents as Type 2a, 2b or 3.
