GATE CARDS Sample Clauses
GATE CARDS. Hold your card directly next to the gate card reader for a second or two, and then the gate will open. Please do not “wave” or move the gate card back and forth next to the card reader, as this will delay the gate to open due to multiple “reads” emitted from your gate card. Important Reminder: Your issued gate card must be used in proper sequence of “access in" and "exit out". Gate cards will not allow access to and from the lot if they are used out of sequence.
GATE CARDS. A limit of 2 gate cards will be issued for family memberships and 1 gate card for single memberships as per Concordia Club Policies. Lending out the gate card to people not listed in this contract is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this provision may result in termination of camping privileges without further notice.
GATE CARDS a. One gate card will be provided to the student at no cost at the time of move in and must be returned when they move out. A $10.00 fee per card will be issued for any cards not returned.
b. If a student/parent loses the gate card, or needs to purchase an additional card, the student/parent will have to purchase another gate card in the amount of $10.00 per card.
c. Gate cards can be checked out through your AST or the barn secretary.
