FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AND PRIVACY. 22. I agree to allow the Co-op program to solicit positions on my behalf. I give my consent to the Co-op program to disclose and release personal information such as my résumés, unofficial transcripts, letters of reference, portfolios, etc., to prospective Co-op employers, and to discuss my academic records, employment history and qualifications with prospective Co-op employers for the purpose of assisting me to secure a work term while I am enrolled in the Co-op program.

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AND PRIVACY. 16.1 For the purposes of federal and provincial access to information and privacy legislation, information that the Blood Tribe Government provides to Canada or Alberta in confidence is deemed to be information received or obtained in confidence from another government.
FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AND PRIVACY. 1.15.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of the Final Agreement, a Party shall not be required to disclose any information that it is required or entitled to withhold under any legislation relating to access to information or privacy. Where a Party has a discretion to disclose any information, it shall take into account the objects of the Final Agreement in exercising that discretion.

With the filing of an application, the applicant consents to the Town photocopying and releasing the application and any supporting material either for its own use in processing the application or at the request of a third party, without further notification to or permission from the applicant. The applicant also hereby states that it has authority to bind its consultants to the terms of this acknowledgement. FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AND PRIVACY. This Agreement and related documents may be subject to the protection and disclosure provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (Alberta), as amended, revised or substituted from time to time. These documents contain sensitive commercial and financial information regarding the business of the Parties and third parties. The disclosure of such information could significantly harm the competitive position of, or interfere significantly with the negotiating position of, the Parties or third parties. Furthermore, such disclosure could result in undue financial loss to the Parties or third parties or gain to other parties. The Parties acknowledge that these documents and the information they contain are provided in confidence and will be protected from disclosure to the extent permissible under law.
