FREE MOVEMENT OF GOODS. Article 6. The Community and Morocco shall gradually establish a free trade area over a transitional period lasting a maximum of 12 years starting from the date of the entry into force of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and in conformity with those of the 1994 General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade and the other multilateral agreements on trade in goods annexed to the Agreement establishing the WTO, hereinafter referred to as "GATT".
FREE MOVEMENT OF GOODS. Article 2 The Parties shall gradually establish a free trade area on substantially all their trade between them in a transitional period lasting a maximum of nine years starting from the entry into force of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and in conformity with Article XXIV of the GATT 1994 and the other multilateral agreements on trade in goods annexed to the Agreement establishing the WTO.

FREE MOVEMENT OF GOODS. The implementation of the free movement of goods requires that the parties to the DCFTA, the European Union, and Ukraine abolish all measures constituting a barrier to trade within the envisaged free trade area. In contrast to the Europe Agreements concluded by the EU with the CEECs in the early 1990s, the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement – akin to the EEA Agreement97 – aims at the abolition of both technical98 and non-technical99 barriers to the free movement of goods and provision of services100 within the DCFTA. The movement of persons and capital is, however, still subjected more to restrictions than the freedoms it is ena- bled to enjoy. Consequently, it would make sense to refer to free move- ment only with regard to trade in goods.
