The International. Boundary Commission established pursuant to the provisions of the Convention between the United States and Mexico signed in Washington March 1, 18894 to facilitate the carrying out of the principles contained in the Treaty of November 12, 18845 and to avoid difficulties occasioned by reason of the changes which take place in the beds of the Rio Grande (Rio Bravo) and the Colorado River shall hereafter be known as the International Boundary and Water Commission, United States and Mexico, which shall continue to function for the entire period during which the present Treaty shall continue in force. Accordingly, the term of the Convention of March 1, 1889 shall be considered to be indefinitely extended, and the Convention of November 21, 19006 between the United States and Mexico regarding that Convention shall be considered completely terminated. The application of the present Treaty, the regulation and exercise of the rights and obligations which the two Governments assume thereunder, and the settlement of all disputes7 to which its observance and execution may give rise are hereby entrusted to the International Boundary and Water Commission, which shall function in conformity with the powers and limitations set forth in this Treaty. The Commission shall in all respects have the status of an international body, and shall consist of a United States Section and a Mexican Section. The head of each Section shall be an Engineer Commissioner. The International. Club Berlin is authorised to increase the user fee after the end of the trial period referred to in article 2 commensurate with the aim of making rental of the fitness equipment viable (i.e. covering the costs) for the International Club Berlin. There shall be no increase in user fees before March 31, 2020 and any such increase is limited to a maximum 20 within one year. The International Club Berlin shall exercise its right to increase the fees in written form (acc. to s. 126b BGB). Any such fee increase shall be effective from the first day of the month following advice of notice of the increase. Such an increase of fees carries a special right of termination for the user, whereby notice may be given to terminate the agreement with one monthʼs notice. Should the costs per user decrease as a result of high demand, the user fees shall be reduced correspondingly.

  • Nature of Business; International Operations The Parent and the Borrower will not, and will not permit any of their Subsidiaries to, allow any material change to be made in the character of its business as independent oil and gas exploration and production companies.
