As appropriate these exchanges of view could be prepared by meetings at political directors' level; - to make full use of existing diplomatic channels, in particular the diplomatic representations in the capital of the country holding the EC Presidency, in Brussels and in the capitals of the EFTA Countries; - to consult informally at conferences and in international organizations; - that this will in no way affect or replace existing bilateral contacts in this field.
