Fires. Fires are not permitted anywhere on the Property with the exception of the wood burning stove in the main house.

The Contractor shall not light fires within the forest area without permission of the Commission and shall take all reasonable and proper precautions under the direction of the Commission to prevent and to deal with fire in the said area or adjoining ground. The Contractor shall be responsible for any loss whatsoever through fire attributable to his negligence.
Fires. No open fires are permitted anywhere within the Park except in barbeque grills. These fires must be totally extinguished when not personally attended. Fire extinguishers are required in each mobile home and shall be of a size and capacity approved by the Manager.

If it is a part of your encampment, for entertainment/reenactment purposes, you may have an ABOVE THE GROUND fire pit at your encampment area. However, you must notify the Camping Coordinator AND Security, AND you must have a bucket of water available. The fire must be attended at all times and put out when you retire for the night.

The Tenant shall not scorch or damage the grass or trees. Fires are to be attended at all times. Tenants must obey all fire ban or fire restriction regulations. Failure to comply with the foregoing will result in immediate termination of the Tenant’s Lease Agreement.
