Fees During Renewal Terms. The Fees are fixed during the Initial Term (as defined in Section 10.1). Unless otherwise indicated in the Order Form, CiteRight may increase Fees for any Renewal Term (as defined in Section 10.2) by providing written notice to Customer at least 60 calendar days before the commencement of any such Renewal Term.
Fees During Renewal Terms. All of Vendor’s fees hereunder shall be fixed, as set forth in Exhibit A (Services; Fees) and in any applicable Statements of Work. Provided, however, after the Initial Term, Vendor may increase its fees for solely Application Services for any Renewal Term by providing notice to the State of Iowa at least ninety (90) days prior to the commencement of such Renewal Term. Any such increase shall not exceed the amount equal to the percentage change in the Consumer Price Index (“CPI”) during the preceding calendar year. For purposes of the foregoing, the CPI shall be the index compiled by the United States Department of Labor’s Bureau of Labor Statistics, Consumer Price Index for all Urban Consumers (CPI-U), using that portion of the index that appears under the caption “Other Goods and Services.” (For reference, the CPI is currently posted on the website of the Bureau of Labor Statistics at xxx.xxx.xxx). The percentage change in the CPI shall be calculated by comparing the annual CPI figures and expressing the increase in the CPI as a percentage. If the CPI is no longer published, or the CPI currently published is materially changed, then Vendor and the State of Iowa will negotiate, in good faith, revisions to this section to reflect and account for such changes in the CPI. Over the Term of this Agreement, including any and all Renewal Terms, Vendor guarantees that the total fees and other costs payable by the State of Iowa shall not at any time exceed ________________.

Fees During Renewal Terms. Service Provider's Fees are fixed during the Initial Term. Service Provider fees for Renewal Terms shall escalate annually as of each anniversary of the Effective Date of the Service Order by the amount of the increase in the Consumer Price Index – All Urban Consumers of the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the U.S. Department of Labor for U.S. for All Items with Base Years 1982-1984=100. Those increases will be measured applying the twelve (12) month period ending in the month for which the most recent index results are available as of that anniversary of the Effective Date.
