Pricing Changes. (a) At any time and from time to time the Administrative Agent may send to the Borrower an Applicable Margin Change Notice, and such Applicable Margin Change Notice shall become effective on the date that is the later to occur of the following (such later date with respect to such Applicable Margin Change Notice, the “Applicable Margin Change Effective Date”): (i) the date specified as such in such Applicable Margin Change Notice, and (ii) the 179th day after the date of such Applicable Margin Change Notice.
Pricing Changes. Support Services pricing is subject to change, at any time during or following the Initial Support Term, based upon deletions or addition of Equipment and Software as per condition 3. In addition, unless otherwise provided in the Agreement, Miraclon reserves the right to review the Support Fee at any time during the term of the Agreement.
