FACILITY KEYS. Prior to the execution of this Agreement, the Parks & Recreation Department shall provide the ASA with two sets of keys to all locks at the beginning of the season(s). If the City determines it is necessary to change the locks, ASA will be notified and new keys will be distributed. If the ASA is requesting locks be changed, they must contact the Parks & Recreation Department.

FACILITY KEYS. Where applicable, keys will be provided to the concession building, storage building, gates, and lighting boxes. Keys may be limited to maximum of three (3) keys issued for each facility. At the end of each season, all keys must be returned to the Parks and Recreation Department before issuance of new keys for the next season. BLL will provide a list of all Organization Member names and telephone numbers in possession of facility keys.

Requests for the purchase of additional keys may be made in writing to Parks. A $50.00 fee will be assessed for each key that is lost or not returned. If the City determines that it is necessary to change the locks, ASA will be notified and new keys will be distributed. If the ASA is requesting that locks be changed, they must contact Parks and the requesting ASA Organization will incur a replacement fee of $25.00 per key, $35.00 per core, and $75.00 per padlock.
FACILITY KEYS. The District will provide an agreed number of keys to all relevant facility doors. Facility door keys may not be duplicated. All keys must be inventoried and returned upon conclusion of each event for interim events and on the Friday following the end of the OC Fair. Contractor will be charged cost plus $1,000.00 for the re-keying of any facility doors for which keys are not returned.

  • Facility Prudential is willing to consider, in its sole discretion and within limits which may be authorized for purchase by Prudential Affiliates from time to time, the purchase of Shelf Notes pursuant to this Agreement. The willingness of Prudential to consider such purchase of Shelf Notes is herein called the “Facility”.   • Facility Fee The Company shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Lender in accordance with its Applicable Percentage, a facility fee, in Dollars, equal to the Applicable Rate for facility fees times the actual daily amount of the Aggregate Commitments (or, if the Aggregate Commitments have terminated, on the Outstanding Amount of all Committed Loans, Swing Line Loans and L/C Obligations), regardless of usage, subject to adjustment as provided in Section 2.18. The facility fee shall accrue at all times during the Availability Period (and thereafter so long as any Committed Loans, Swing Line Loans or L/C Obligations remain outstanding), including at any time during which one or more of the conditions in Article IV are not met, and shall be due and payable quarterly in arrears on the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December, commencing with the first such date to occur after the Closing Date, and on the last day of the Availability Period (and, if applicable, thereafter on demand). The facility fee shall be calculated quarterly in arrears, and if there is any change in the Applicable Rate for facility fees during any quarter, the actual daily amount shall be computed and multiplied by the Applicable Rate for facility fees separately for each period during such quarter that such Applicable Rate for facility fees was in effect.
