Relevant Facility definition

Relevant Facility means any one or all of the following:

Relevant Facility means the Facility being amended pursuant to the amendment to which this Appendix is attached.

Relevant Facility has the meaning set out in the STD General Terms.

Examples of Relevant Facility in a sentence

• For the purposes of this Section L a "Maintenance Relevant Facility" is a Connected Delivery Facility or Connected Offtake System or the Consumer's Plant at an NTS Supply Point, and a "Maintenance Relevant Party" is any User, a relevant Transporter, a Delivery Facility Operator, Connected Offtake System Operator or (in relation to an NTS Supply Point) the consumer.

• Upon receipt of any such notice the applicable Agent shall promptly notify each Relevant Facility Lender thereof.

• The Relevant Facility Agent, subject to Clause 30.6(b), as soon as reasonably practicable after receipt by it of a duly completed Assignment Agreement appearing on its face to comply with the terms of this Agreement and delivered in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, shall execute that Assignment Agreement.

More Definitions of Relevant Facility

Relevant Facility means a facility which falls within paragraph (a)(i)(I) of the definition of “long-term residential care services”;

Relevant Facility shall have the meaning set forth in the Appendix.

Relevant Facility means any facility referred to in paragraphs (2) to (7) of regulation 3; “sanitary fitting” means a water closet or urinal;

Relevant Facility means all premises or facilities (from time to time and whether or not in existence at the date of this Agreement) (including the relevant sites on which such premises or facilities are or are to be located) and including such plant, equipment and fixtures and fittings forming part of the building fabric of such premises or facilities: relating to the secondary20 schools maintained by the Local Authority from time to time as defined in sections 20-22 of the Schools Standards and Framework Act 1998 and section 39 of the Education Act 2002 or which become maintained by the Local Authority after the date of this Agreement pursuant to any Law; and/or being funded under the BSF Programme and in either case where the Local Authority has the legal power to effect and control procurement of such premises or facilities.21 The provisions of this clause 7.1 are subject to clause 7.5.

Relevant Facility has the meaning given in clause 7.1(b)(ii); Relevant Government Department means the DCSF, HM Treasury, the Department for Culture Media and Sport and/or the Department for Communities and Local Government (including any statutory successors);

Relevant Facility shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in section 5.8(a).

Relevant Facility means any facility where the staff person receiving notification regularly works or where a child of the person in parental relation receiving notification regularly receives instruction.
