Rest Facilities. The District shall make available at each work site adequate lunch room and rest room for classified employee use.
Rest Facilities. Adequate sanitary and restroom facilities will be provided at the work location to allow workers to wash-up before and after their meal. The Contractor shall furnish warm, dry, lighted rooms of ample size equipped with heat for drying clothes and with benches and tables for use during meal periods. These are to be situated close to the site of the work and shall not be used for storage of materials or equipment.
Rest Facilities. The District shall make available at each campus, Continuing Education Center, and at the District Office, a lounge, lunchroom and rest room. Effective January 1, 2008, restrooms in newly constructed buildings or restrooms undergoing major renovation in existing buildings will be equipped with hot water.

The Company shall recognize employee rest facility requirements both in the air and on the ground and will attempt to ensure that these are adequate and comparable to those provided for other members of the crew. Where hotel accommodation is provided during a layover the Company will make its best reasonable effort to provide single accommodation.
Rest Facilities. Classified employees shall have use of the same lunchroom and restroom facilities as all other Agency employees.
Rest Facilities eBART shall provide and maintain suitable rest facilities for use by employees at their work location. If rest facilities are not available at the employee’s work location, the employee shall be permitted to travel to the nearest rest facility for lunch and rest breaks. The travel time to and from the nearest rest facility shall not be counted against the employee’s lunch or rest break time.
