Expiration of Licenses. Upon completion or termination of the Software Engineering Services for a Customer (the “Expiration Date”), Licensee will cease using the applicable licenses for such Customer. If the Software was installed and used at Customer’s site, Licensee will uninstall the Software from any equipment used for the provision of Software Engineering Services to such Customer, and will provide Flexera Software with certification thereof. For the purpose of clarity, Licensee may not transfer licenses to Customers without Flexera Software’s prior written consent, which may be withheld in Flexera Software’s sole discretion.
Expiration of Licenses. Upon the expiration (but not termination) of this Agreement in accordance with its terms, the licenses granted to Licensee under this Agreement shall become fully paid-up, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual and irrevocable.

In no event will Licensee be entitled to receive a refund of any licensee fees paid prior to the applicable termination date, and Licensee shall be responsible for the fees applicable for the remainder of the license term as if such license had not been terminated or expired.
Expiration of Licenses. Unless otherwise terminated pursuant to the provisions of this Article 3, the licenses granted under Section 2.4 shall continue until such time as all patents within the Licensed Patent Rights and the Mesh Graft Patent Rights, subject to the provisions of Section 2.4(a) and (b), have Expired.
Expiration of Licenses. In SUBSECTIONS 10 (b) (i) through (vi) above, the expiration of such licenses shall occur upon the date of expiration of the last to expire of P&G LICENSED INVENTIONS or GCI LICENSED INVENTIONS, as the case may be, unless otherwise noted.

Upon any termination of the ---------------------- Trademark License or any termination of this Agreement for any reason, Licensee shall (and ensure that each Sublicensee shall) immediately (i) discontinue all use of the Xxx.Xxx Marks or variations thereof, (ii) remove all references to or variations of any Xxx.Xxx Marks from any signage, letterhead, business cards, place of business and of Licensee and/or any Authorized Sublicensee, (iv) refrain from making any subsequent representation, advertisement or published statement or product sales using or in reference to any Xxx.Xxx Xxxx or variation thereof, and (iv) take such action as shall be necessary to change any corporate name, assumed name or equivalent registration which mentions or refers to any Xxx.Xxx Xxxx, or any variation thereof. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, the Technology License and Trademark License shall immediately terminate, and Licensee shall (and ensure that each Sublicensee shall) immediately (a) discontinue all use of the Licensed Technology and Modifications thereof in any form, (b) remove the Licensed Technology and Modifications thereof (only to the extent that such Modification is a derivative work of any Licensed Technology or otherwise incorporates any Licensed Technology) from all computers in its possession, custody or control and the Licensee Sites, and (c)
Expiration of Licenses. Block Services' licenses under Section 4.1 above shall run until the termination of this Agreement in accordance with Sections 6.1 or 6.3, as applicable, except under those circumstances set forth in Section 6.3, pursuant to which the licenses shall survive the termination of this Agreement ("Survival Provisions"). Unless Block Services' licenses survive termination pursuant to the Survival Provisions, termination of Block Services' licenses under the Patent Rights shall terminate any sublicenses granted by Block Services.
Expiration of Licenses. The licenses granted to Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, its subsidiaries and Franchisees under Section 5.1 above shall run until the termination of this Agreement, and the termination of such licenses shall terminate any sublicenses thereof granted by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx hereunder.
Expiration of Licenses. The licenses granted under this Agreement terminate upon the expiration of any Contract Year specified in an Exhibit A unless the parties mutually agree to renew such license, and Customer pays the then-applicable fees, during the Subscription License Term as defined below.
