  • Block Services shall not use this file for any other purpose, including but not limited to marketing its products.

  • Block Services, through Block Offices, shall not offer directly or indirectly any RALs or RACs to any of its customers except in connection with a RAL Program offered by or through Tax Masters as servicer for the RAL Originator and Block Services through Block Offices, or Major Franchisees or subfranchisees of Major Franchisees who are participating in the RAL Program.
