Expiration of Agreement. Notwithstanding the expiration of this Agreement, any claim or grievance arising hereunder may be processed through the grievance procedure until resolution.
Expiration of Agreement. No termination or expiration of this Agreement shall affect any rights, obligations or liabilities of either party that shall have accrued on or prior to the date of such termination or expiration.
Expiration of Agreement. Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement, this Agreement shall expire upon expiration of the Tax Increment Period, or retirement of the TIF Bond, whichever first occurs; provided the City and the Redeveloper each agree to execute any release necessary to be filed of record to evidence such expiration or termination, unless otherwise stated herein.
Expiration of Agreement. On expiration of this Agreement and in the absence of the registration of a subsequent agreement the provisions of this Agreement shall apply until such time as a new agreement is registered and takes effect.
Expiration of Agreement. If either the Company or the Executive elects not to renew this Agreement and it expires, the Executive shall not receive any termination payments other than any amounts fully earned pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, but unpaid hereunder through the date of expiration of this Agreement, if any, in respect of Salary, and any accrued but not yet paid Annual Performance Bonus owed with respect to the year of such expiration and any prior year.
Expiration of Agreement. Unless otherwise terminated as provided in this Agreement, this Agreement will continue in effect for a period of two (2) years and shall then terminate unless renewed in writing by both parties.
Expiration of Agreement. If the Company provides the Non-Renewal Notice to Executive pursuant to section 2 of the Agreement, Executive’s employment will terminate at the end of the Term, unless the Agreement is terminated earlier in accordance with another provision of section 6.
Expiration of Agreement. Unless earlier terminated as provided in this Agreement or unless extended as provided in this Section 7, this Agreement shall terminate one (1) year following the Effective Date (the “Employment Term”); provided, however, that except as otherwise set forth in this Section 7, the parties’ respective rights and obligations under Sections 3(b), 3(c), 3(d), 7, 9, 10, 11 and 12, as well as any other unpaid obligation (whether such payment is to be made in cash or securities) of the Company hereunder (including but not limited to sections or subsections of this Agreement not specifically listed above), will survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement or the termination of Executive’s employment for any reason whatsoever. Upon the expiration of the Employment Term, Executive and the Company may, but shall be under no obligation to, negotiate terms and conditions of any subsequent term of employment. In the event, however, that Executive remains in the employ of the Company after the Employment Term expires, then (i) the terms of this Agreement shall not be applicable, (ii) Executive shall be an employee-at-will subject to the benefits, programs, and policies of the Company then in effect, and (iii) either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time with or without Cause.
Expiration of Agreement. Upon expiration of the term of this Agreement, including any renewal thereof, the obligations of the Company hereunder shall cease. Executive shall then be deemed to be an at-will employee of the Company or an Affiliate, as the case may be, subject to the rights and limitations attendant to such status. He or she shall be and remain bound by the provisions of Section 5 hereof, which shall survive such expiration.
Expiration of Agreement. If the Subscription(s) granted under this Agreement are not renewed pursuant to subsection 4.5, then this Agreement will automatically expire and terminate upon the expiration of Customer’s Subscription to the last Application governed under this Agreement.
