Technology License definition
Technology License has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Technology License mean an agreement in effect with Sun or any of its affiliated companies at the time of an Incident and pursuant to which, Customer has been granted at a minimum the right to use or distribute Supported Products and Technologies in binary form.
