Technology License definition

Technology License has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

Technology License means an agreement in effect with Sun or any of its affiliated companies at the time of an Incident and pursuant to which, Customer has been granted, at a minimum, the right to use Supported Products and Technology(ies) in source form.

Technology License means the Technology License Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and between Kraton Shareholder and Project Company, as the same may be amended, supplemented, modified, renewed or extended from time to time by agreement of the parties thereto.

• In the event of a conflict between provisions of this Patent & Technology License Agreement and the Terms and Conditions, the provisions in this Patent & Technology License Agreement shall govern.
