Expense Receipts and Documentation. Xxxxxx agrees to maintain detailed accounting records, including original documentation of all expenses provided for in this Agreement in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations and University policies and procedures. Upon appointment, Xxxxxx may request the University's Office of Internal Audit to include a review of the President's expenditures in its audit plan for the purpose of providing stakeholders assurance that expenditures are allocated appropriately and reporting is accurate and complete. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this clause is intended to diminish the authority of the Office of Internal Audit to conduct other audits at the request of the Board, routine or otherwise, in accordance with its audit Charter.

Xxxxxxxx agrees to maintain and furnish to the Board of Trustees an accounting of reimbursable expenses and membership dues and fees provided for in this Agreement in reasonable detail and consistent with University and State policies, standards, and procedures on no less than a monthly basis. Following Xx. Xxxxxxxx’x submission of an accounting, the Board of Trustees shall make prompt reimbursement to Xx. Xxxxxxxx of such expenses and membership dues and fees in accordance with applicable University and State policies, standards, and procedures.

Expense Receipts and Documentation. 11.1 The President agrees to maintain and furnish to the Controller an accounting of reimbursable expenses and membership dues and fees provided for in this Agreement in reasonable detail and consistent with University policies, standards, and procedures and applicable State law on no less than a monthly basis, or as requested. Following the President’s submission of an accounting, the University shall promptly reimburse the President for such expenses, membership dues and fees in accordance with University policies, standards and procedures and applicable State law.
