University Policies and Procedures. All Research conducted hereunder shall be performed in accordance with established University policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, policies and procedures applicable to research involving human subjects, laboratory animals, and hazardous agents and materials.
University Policies and Procedures. The University policies and procedures pertaining to the OHRL, as well as any written revisions thereto as may be periodically instituted by the University, are incorporated herein and made a part of this contract. In the event of a conflict between the policies and procedures as they appear in the above named publications and the terms of this contract, the provisions of this contract shall take precedence.
University Policies and Procedures. Tenant agrees to comply with all University policies and procedures and to ensure that the Additional Occupants and Guests do as well. If Tenant or Additional Occupants or Guests fail to comply with these policies and procedures, Tenant will be deemed to have breached this Agreement, and the University may take appropriate action. This Agreement incorporates by reference all policies and requirements contained on the UCSF Housing Services website.

If Tenant or Additional Occupants or Guests fail to comply with these policies and procedures, Tenant will be deemed to have breached this Agreement, and the University may take appropriate action in accordance with University policies. This Agreement incorporates by reference all policies and requirements contained on the UCSF Housing Services website. Housing Services may report any such breaches to Tenant's school, program, employing department, or other University as appropriate and as determined by Housing Services.

Rutgers and the URA-AFT agree that all members of the bargaining unit shall enjoy and be subject to all University regulations, procedures and the University Policy Library applicable to administrative employees except as may be otherwise set forth in this Agreement. There shall be no duplication or pyramiding of benefits. During the life of this Agreement, any change in University regulations, procedures, or in the University Policy Library that constitutes a change in a mandatorily negotiable term and condition of employment for members of the bargaining unit shall be negotiated.

University Policies and Procedures. University Subscriber is responsible for establishing, monitoring, and enforcing controls for the proper use of The AMICO LibraryTM, including: (1) adopting and effectively disseminating policies and procedures governing the proper use of The AMICO LibraryTM, including appropriate sanctions for knowing and willful infringements, (2) providing instruction to all Designated Users on the proper use of The AMICO LibraryTM; and (3) fully investigating all known infringements and taking appropriate disciplinary action in cases of knowing and willful infringements.
