Executive Outplacement Services. Executive shall be eligible to --------------------------------- participate in the Executive Outplacement Program, which program shall not be less than six (6) months duration measured from Executive's Termination Date.

You will be provided access to career outplacement services with VeriSign’s third party outplacement service provider for a period of six months beginning on the Termination Date. During that time, you will be eligible to receive the same level of outplacement services that VeriSign generally offers to executives of your level. Executive Outplacement Services. Upon receipt of your signed Agreement, you will receive up to 12 months of outplacement services provided by Right Choice, Incorporated.

Bxxxxxxxx shall be entitled to reasonable outplacement services at a level commensurate with his position, including use of an executive office, for a period of ninety (90) days commencing on the Termination Date but in no event extending beyond the date on which Bxxxxxxxx commences other full time employment.

At your election, the Company shall make monthly payments to the firm of Xxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx for a period of 6 months in order to provide Executive outplacement services to you. Company will provide Employee with a letter of recommendation signed by the President, or the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, of the Company.
Executive Outplacement Services. Starbucks will provide Xxxxxxxx with executive outplacement services through Right Management’s Key Executive Services Unlimited program. Services shall be authorized by Starbucks within five (5) business days of the expiration of the Revocation Period (defined in Section 10) and must be initiated by Xxxxxxxx within 6 months of the Separation Date.
Executive Outplacement Services. For a period of twelve (12) months following Executive’s date of termination, the Company shall, at the Company’s expense, provide for executive-level outplacement services to Executive, if requested, which shall include at least the following services: (i) resume assistance, (ii) career evaluation and assessment, (iii) individual career counseling, (iv) access to one or more on-line employment databases (with research assistance provided), and (v) administrative support provided Monday through Friday, except for scheduled holidays.
Executive Outplacement Services. The Parties acknowledge that Executive hereby waives any entitlement to any outplacement services provided from time to time to terminated employees.

The Outplacement Services will commence after the Effective Date and shall continue for a period of twelve (12) months after the commencement date of the Outplacement Services.
