Evaluation Joint Committee. An evaluation committee consisting of three annual 12 contract Extension Lecturers and two directors will meet throughout the course of this contract 13 to recommend and pilot other evaluation processes and criteria that may be included in future 14 contracts. They can also consider the relationship of Article 19 to Articles 9 and 21. Any 15 recommendations from the committee for contract changes must be submitted to the Joint 16 Union-Management Committee (JUMC) for review at least six months before the expiration date 17 of this contract. The recommendations of the evaluation committee and the review by the JUMC 18 will not constitute acceptance of the language by either side.

Evaluation Joint Committee. 1. The Board of Education and the Union agree that the use of an evaluation joint committee to establish the teacher evaluation process was helpful and agree that said group shall remain as an ongoing committee which will address the evaluation process of teachers and support staff going forward. One such representative from each Party will be such Party’s Workplan Leader. Each Party may replace its Workplan Leader and other JDC representatives at any time upon written notice to the other Party, provided, however, that each Party shall use reasonable efforts to ensure continuity on the JDC.   • Procedures of the Joint Committee 1. For the proper implementation of this Agreement, the Joint Committee shall meet at an appropriate level whenever necessary upon request but at least once a year. Either Party may request a meeting be held.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.
