ENTRY AND ACCESS. Subtenant agrees to assume financial responsibility for any charges made for time by any subcontractor who is prevented from commencing or completing work at the Premises by the action of the Subtenant or any guest of Subtenant, or conditions caused by Subtenant.

ENTRY AND ACCESS. The Lessor's staff must be notified 24 hours in advance if the Occupant needs to collect a vehicle or would like it delivered to the airport. Access to storage units will only be permitted during the days and hours Monday to Friday from 08h00 until 17h00. Outside of these hours the entry gate will be locked and alternative access will only be permitted if prior arrangements had been made during the stipulated hours and the Occupant has staff available to accommodate the Occupant's request in this regard.

ENTRY AND ACCESS. (A) Tenant further agrees that the Landlord and/or its representatives, contractors and employees shall have the right at all reasonable times, during business hours, upon prior 24 hour notice and accompanied by an escort of Tenant, if Tenant so desires, and at any time without notice or escort in emergencies, to enter upon the Demised Premises to inspect the same or make engineering surveys, exploratory excavations, repairs, alterations and additions, and to perform any work required of Landlord under this Lease or which Landlord deems necessary for the safety or preservation of the Demised Premises or of the Building, including also any work required of Tenant in respect of which Tenant is in an Event of Default. Tenant also agrees to permit Landlord and/or its agents to show the Demised Premises to prospective tenants at all reasonable times after prior notice and accompanied by an escort of Tenant during the last six (6) months of the term hereof and any time after Tenant has given Landlord notice of termination of this Lease under any provision hereof entitling Tenant to do so, or if Tenant is in an Event of Default or subject to any Events of Bankruptcy.

During any of the foregoing entries into the Demised Premises, Landlord agrees to exercise commercially reasonable efforts to minimize any disruption to Tenant’s business.

Any inspection, entry, or access to the Premises shall be coordinated through Lessee’s management or personnel and with no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior notice. All work shall be done as expeditiously as reasonably feasible so as to cause as little interference to Xxxxxx as reasonably possible. Lessor shall at all times have a key to all doors providing entry to the Premises, but excluding Xxxxxx's vaults, safes, files, or security rooms, and any areas designated by Lessee, as to which Lessee shall provide Lessor with supervised access for the purpose of Lessor performing its obligations under the Lease.

SUBLESSEE agrees that all travel by employees, contractors, subcontractors, and invitees will use the most direct routes to and from the premises being leased pursuant to this Agreement. It is understood that access to and use of the airfield by SUBLESSEE'S suppliers is essential to SUBLESSEE'S use of the premises.
